Use of Service

Your subscription grants you access to our financial planning consultation service subject to these terms:

You may not use our service for:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our service methods
• Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate communication with our staff
• Using our service to obtain advice for others without separate subscription agreements

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methods, and materials provided through our service remain the intellectual property of glionaverosia. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal financial planning purposes only.

Payment Terms

Your subscription includes the following payment obligations:

• Monthly subscription fee of $250 AUD, charged in advance on the same date each month
• All prices include applicable GST as required by Australian tax law
• Payment must be current to maintain access to consultation services
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.

No refunds are provided except as required by Australian Consumer Law for service failures that cannot be remedied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, glionaverosia's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for consequential, indirect, or special damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify glionaverosia against claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our service.

Privacy

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms or non-payment after reasonable notice.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service, applicable law, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that achieve similar intent.
